1. Event Registration and Membership Fees

Refund requests for event registrations or membership fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note the following terms:

• Event Cancellations by Us: If an event is cancelled by SemiconTantra Foundation, you may be entitled to a full refund of any registration fees paid. If the event is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control like natural disasters, pandemic, venue closures then the event registration fee will not be refunded.
• Event Postponement: If an event is postponement by SemiconTantra Foundation, your registration fee will not be refunded. Your registration for the same event at a new date would be valid.
• Event Cancellations by You: If you wish to cancel your registration for an event, or were not able to attend the event, the registration fees will not be refunded.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Some fees, such as administrative fees, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly stated during the registration process.

2. Membership Fees

• Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

• Event or membership registration details
• Reason for the refund request
• Proof of payment

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or denial of your refund within 15 business days.

4. Exceptions

• If you are dissatisfied with an event or membership but the event has taken place or membership has been activated, we may not be able to offer a refund.
